- Limited Factory Warranty:
Car Wash Awnings & Canopies warrants its products to be free from defect in craftsmanship under normal use for a period of one year. Fabric comes with the manufactures warranty which is 8-12 years depending on the material choice. If the buyer wishes for Car Wash Awnings & Canopies to make any repairs the buyer is responsible for outbound and inbound shipping. This warranty does not apply to any Car Wash Awnings & Canopies products that have been modified in the field, damage by a third party or acts of god.
- Shipping & Delivery:
- Shipping damage: Purchaser must inspect shipment upon arrival, lost or damaged products is the responsibility of the carrier. Inspect immediately.
- Production Times:
- Please call us to find the current lead time on our products. Specific ship dates must be confirmed with a sales rep. If a design proof is required, production of the entire order does not begin until the design is approved.
- Returns & Replacements:

All orders are custom made per order, we may be able to return certain items which are widely used.

- After acceptance of the order, any changes made must be approved in writing by both parties.
